How Do I ‘Approve’ Hours?
In the Dashboard for your group, you can approve the hours submitted by volunteers. This allows you to accurately manage and report on the hours your volunteers are logging for your group
What are the donated funds used for?
For every paid subscription, £2 a month is donated to a fund managed by Interlink RCT. The fund supports activities supporting volunteering in Wales.
Can the information logged be imported into Excel?
Yes, all time log data can be exported if you have upgraded to an Advanced Plan. All charts can also be exported for use in reports, presentation or annual reports.
Will the information by secure?
All information is stored on our secure servers in South Wales and backed up in one of the top three data centres in the UK. All data is held in compliance with GDPR
